In a series of videos “Staropramen Visual Docs” proposed by V8 Interactive for the aforementioned platform, I had the opportunity to meet again with Alex for a mini-documentary, a short portrait, a story about how he got to do what now she is passionate about how she feels in the kitchen.
In order to make this film I had at Alex’s workshop – where he does all his tests and tests for events, the Obor market – always a surprise full of goodness – and the terrace of the restaurant “La Raci” in Herastrau Park. Bucharest Romania 🙂
After some shopping on the market I took a lunch break right in Alex’s workshop: tomatoes, cheese, onions – so, the filming will go well. Then we did many other lunch breaks, more precisely after each dish.
I can say that I went back to the office with my cards and belly full.
The next day of filming happened on the terrace in Herastrau, where Alex told us his story briefly.
